It really depends on the product. Some products are sold with the
resale rights included. Others are sold with out the resale rights
included. It also depends on the person who developed the product as
to whether they will allow the product to be resold.

Can I resell the product if it does not have the resale rights
included?
Answer:
Absolutely not! It is illegal to do so. If you are caught you will
be punished to the full extent of the law. If any affiliate is found
violating the rights of any products or laws they will have their
affiliate membership immediately terminated and forfeit any existing
unpaid commissions.
